This easy to prepare dish that I found here on Pinterest is great for weekend brunch, or anytime you feel like stuffing your face with baked fruity goodness. I came across it while looking for food options when I have a lille more time to cook and enjoy the fruits of my labor. We made it for Christmas brunch and it was a crowd favorite. The taste is sweet but not too sweet and the croissants don’t become mush with the addition of the milk and the eggs.
I plan on making the dish again when we have a relaxing weekend with the husband in town. The next incarnation will be made using strawberries, peaches or possibly bananas, and will definitely include cinnamon.
