As we count down these 23 days till Joe and I say I-Do to each other I have learned that what is most important is family, friends, and each other. I even got a bit sappy while making a toast to my girls over dinner at Murphy’s. Though the last few days have been spent picking colors of table cloths and menu choices this wedding is about two people who as happy as happy can be who want to share that happiness, and a few drinks, with friends and family.

Life is good.

Today marks another milestone in preparing for the wedding. Joe and I head downtown to get our marriage license. Very exciting stuff! Following that we will meet Joy(coordinator), Rebecca(venue manager), and Rhys (catering manager) at the park to do a run through and to see how everything will be laid out. With every duty checked off of the list we get closer and closer to the big day and it is too exciting!
